David S. Lawless

David’s practice focuses on civil litigation in federal and state courts. He represents municipalities, businesses and individuals throughout Massachusetts in a wide range of matters, including commercial disputes, business litigation, construction disputes, employment litigation and municipal defense litigation.

David recognizes that providing effective advocacy means tailoring a litigation strategy that meets the individual needs, goals and budgets of his clients.
